Neue Schule ‘Best Hands’ Award: Riders Can Take the Reins
Wellington, FL (January 9, 2014)– ‘Feel.’ Riders know it when they see it and so does Neue Schule. To recognize such a coveted skill, Neue Schule will present the Best Hands Award during the 2014 Adequan Global Dressage Festival CDI series, January 8 – March 30, at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington, FL. Each Best Hands Award winner will be presented with a set of reins.
“Neue Schule wants to recognize both riders who strive for perfect connection between their hand and the bit and those demonstrating that excellent connection,” says Mette Larsen, whose Metlar Premium Performance Saddlery is the U.S. and Canadian dealer of the UK-based ergonomic bits.
“This is our first year as a sponsor. It’s a privilege to be among such wonderful horses and riders and to be supporting its dynamic international community,” said Larsen. “This is exactly where Neue Schule Bits belong.”
A favorite bit of many international riders, including U.S. World Cup Dressage veteran Kathy Connelly, Neue Schule offers a variety of bits with an unsurpassed level of design and fit. The newly designed Comfy Contact Eggbutt and Comfy Contact Baucher unite metal alloys with a revolutionary side-to-side responsiveness. This allows the rider to soften the poll and jaw, alleviating issues like coming ‘above’ the bit or locking up against contact. Neue Schule applied advanced technology, superior design and the needs of both horse and rider to create a superior bit.
Metlar Premium Performance Saddlery specializes in superior quality equipment and prestigious accessories inspired by the equestrian lifestyle, with a focus on progressive and creative innovation, comfort and high standards.
